Caloundra

Coast Guard

It may surprise you to know that our primary aim is NOT rescuing boat owners who get into difficulty.

We would much prefer to EDUCATE the boating public in safe operation of their equipment.
To do this we work closely with Maritime Safety Queensland the responsible Government Department.

For those of you NOT using the Firefox browser my opinion is that you should check it out. It is "Free" and comes with many easily configurable ad-on features to customise your web browsing experience. The biggest advantages are it is a faster and much more secure browser. It prevents most popup ads, viruses and other nasties common with Internet Explorer. Check it out Here.
